| Day 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu, Overnight at hotel
|
|
|
Day 2 - Kathmandu:
tour to surrounding areas visit to Pashupatihinath and Bhoudhanath, the biggest stupa in the valley. Visit the city of Patan.

Day 3 - Bahrabise (870 m.a.s.l):
Daily biking ride: 85 km
Lodging: in Tent - camping.

Day 4- Zhangmu (2.400 mts/a.s.l)
Daily biking ride: 35 km on km 27 we enter Nepal
Lodging: in hotel

|
Day 5 - Nyalam (3500 mts/a.s.l.)
Daily biking ride: 35 km.
Lodging: in Tent - camping.

Day 6 - Campsite (4300 mts), 10 km before Thang La (5050 mts):
We visit the Cave of Milarepa
Daily biking ride: 45 km

Day 7 - Gurtso (4400 mts):
Daily biking ride: Cycling 70 km
Lodging: small hotel.

Day 8 - Tingri (4350 mts):
Tsamda Hotwater baths (km 26).

Day 9 - Rongbuk (4920 mts ):
Daily biking ride: 80 km

Day 10 - Mt. Everest Base Camp (5040 mts):
16 km (4hrs aprox . not a difficult walk), Base camp and back to Tingri (4350 mts) by Jeep .

Day 11- Campsite (4400 mts), 15 km before Lhakpa La (5220):
Daily biking ride: 90km

Day 12- Renda (4050 mts):
(aprox.20 km after Lhatse)

Day 13- Shigatse (3860 mts):
Daily biking ride: 125 km , not strenous

Day 14- Shigatse (3860 mts):
day off .
Optional: visit to the monastery of Tashilumpo.

Day 15 - Gyantse (3990 mts):
Visit Palkor Chode, Khumbun
Daily biking ride: 95 km., part of the road is paved .

Day 16 - Langla (4300 mts):

Day 17 - Dzong (4450 mts/m), by Yamdrok lake shore:
Possible detour to Samding monastery by lake Gongmo .

Day 18 - Lhasa (3700 mts):
Daily biking ride: 110km (60km paved road ).
Lodging: hotel.

Day 19 - Lhasa (3700 mts):
a visit to the Barkhor market, the temple of Jokhang and Potala (optional).

Day 20 - Kathmandu:
Flight to Kathmandu: Farewell dinner

at least 20 days before trip departure for visa procedure.
At least 2 days before tour commencement, original passports
must reach to our office in Kathmandu.

| TEMPERATURE
& CLOTHING |
| Tibet
will have it's average temperature between 5-20 degree
Celsius in the month of April through October. During
trekking season, the night temperature in the mountain
often falls below freezing. Therefore, you are required
to have adequate warm clothes to save from extreme cold.
Further, it will be better to dress in layers that can
be easily put on & off as required. It is often advisable
to carry raincoat because snow or rain can also occur
sometimes. |

| CLOTHING
& ACCESSORIES RECOMMENDED:- |
- Thermal underwear, woolen or silk long sleeve tops
& bottoms
- Woolen shirts, pullover, pants, socks, hat, gloves
& scarves
- Down jacket or wind breaker
- Good walking boots or shoes
- Sun hat, sun glass, suntan lotion, torch light,
pen knife
- Medicine for common colds, headache, diarrhea &
diamox against altitude sickness.

| HEALTH |
| It
is necessary to be physically fit & healthy for the
participate on Tibet tour. Even if, there is no particular
age limit guideline, child below 8 years or elderly people
exceeding 70 years or more are not advisable to take participation.
Doctor's medical certificate is essential for trip participation.
Further more, those who are sufferer of high blood pressure,
heart problem or diabetic are not recommending for tour.

is most advisable all clients to have full insurance against
medical and person accident risk, natural calamities,
political instability, etc. |
